The site is predominantly located on Dubai World that houses the beach club and many outdoor facilities. The design empathises with its beachfront location, an architectural theme which is a fusion of modern architecture.
The development comprises a five star hotel, health club, sports facilities, and chalets with a variety of recreational spaces.
