Al Hawraa provided architectural and multi disciplinary design solutions including structural engineering and supervision services for the Mall. The overall facade treatment is tradition arabic style architecture with wood and precast concrete panels. The shopping mall facility comprises of a hyper market, shops, Amusement Center, and Food Courts.
