The project comprises a 60 story tower along with 3 floors for retail shops. The building comprises a two-level podium (base of the tower), which is built on two levels of basement parking, and characterized by an independent fully glazed entrance feature, facing the traffic flow. The podium will house a fully appointed health facility with an indoor swimming pool. All typical floors of the tower will accommodate studio, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.
