Al Hawraa services included architectural, structural and MEP design and landscape design for this ten storey hotel in Al Marjan Island. The development is simple, cost efficient and functional and maximize the effective use of the site, while maintaining spatial and aesthetic quality.This hotel is built on a beach site. The predominantly solid facade with white pre-cast cladding panels and limited glazing increases the thermal efficiency of the building. All glazing in the pre-cast panels is set in to allow shading on the glass, improving the shading co-efficient of the glass.
