Al Hawraa was commissioned to provide architectural engineering design for the Blade Building. It is located in a prime gateway position at the Dubai World Central.It has two basement for car parking and ground floor for shops and restaurants plus 4-storey residential building with its strong forms. Each floor has wide balconies to have nice views for surroundings . At ground level the lofty entrance and coffee shop areas flow out onto landscaped gardens.
